When you submit the free credit assessment, we collect:

Contact details: first name, last name, mobile phone, email address.
Assessment answers: your primary financial goal, biggest credit challenge, and desired timeline.
Referral information: who referred you, if anyone (including referral IDs from shared links).
Technical details: the page URL you submitted from and the time of submission.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or credit report documents through this website.

3. Why we collect it

To review your free assessment request.
To contact you about your assessment and scheduling.
To attribute your request to a referring professional, when applicable.
To improve the website and measure anonymous conversion statistics.

4. Service providers

We use the following providers to operate this website and handle your information:

GoHighLevel — customer relationship management; stores assessment submissions and powers follow-up communications.
Netlify — website hosting.
SmartCredit — optional third-party service you may choose to use after submitting your assessment to pull a 3-bureau report. SmartCredit has its own privacy policy and costs; we may receive a referral credit if you sign up through our link, at no extra cost to you.

5. Communications and consent

By submitting the assessment, you agree to be contacted by Credit Repair Masterz about your assessment and scheduling via call, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Marketing text messages (credit tips and program updates) are sent only if you separately check the optional SMS box. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Data sharing

We never sell your personal information. We share it only:

With the service providers listed above, as needed to operate the website and CRM.
With your referring professional (e.g., loan officer), and only with your permission — limited to status updates, never your credit details, scores, or dispute information.
When required by law.

7. Data retention

Owner review needed: confirm how long assessment records are kept in GoHighLevel before deletion (e.g., 24 months after last contact). No retention period is stated until you confirm it.

This website is served over HTTPS. Assessment data is transmitted securely and stored in our CRM with its standard access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim any security certification.

10. Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising trackers on this website. We store anonymous, aggregate counters (such as form submissions) in your browser's local storage to measure conversion — these contain no personal information and are never sent to advertising systems.
